Couple things went wrong: no Progresso eQ on this card, $4/4 discount was not applied, AND my catalina didn't print correctly. So, my OOP was $6.43. I used a $2 cat and was able to get $4 cash from customer service. I lost $1 on the fifth item, $.50 for using the wrong Safeway card (downside to maintaining more than one), and now I have to call the Cataline customer Service and wait for my $2 catalina to come in the mail.
